A piece of advice for you to take or leave. The outer bearings on the drive sprockets are pro an to fail so what I did was removed the outer seal on the bearings and I drilled and tapped the plate that is held on with a snap ring and installed a grease fitting in that plate and I just give it a shot of grease every couple of weeks. You have to pick the spot where there is room for the grease fitting to stick through the plate. 15 years now and no more failed bearings.

Can you pull aluminium frame rail without braking it? I heard you can’t pull it you need to replace it? I have similar issue with my 2018 bmw g30 and nothing is bent actually, it has a hit on radiator support which causes the rail to move a closer to radiator like yours but no bending on rail at all? Easy fix you reckon?
